We use personal data only to fulfill our retailer customers' orders and to allow our technicians, staff, or management to contact you in connection with that order or its scheduling. We will not share personal information with third parties or clients not involved in the order. We will use aggregate totals of activity or statistics to report on our service levels, but we will not share retailers' activity reports or statistics with other retailers. In home customer information is made available only on a secured server to allow us to dispatch calls, and is viewable only by the technicians or customer service staff members involved and the retailer who placed the service order.

No payment details or credit card information are kept on this website. We will only disclose your personal data to a third party where we are required to under law. Whereas no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we do take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

We also gather non-personal data which is basically statistical data on how people use our website. All this information is dealt with anonymously.

A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website that is saved on your hard disk by your computer's browser. It holds information a site may need to interact with you and personalize your experience. We use cookies to create and update your online orders.

Is My Information Secure?

In addition, we use password security for each client to prevent one retailer from seeing another retailer's information. In-home customers are not allowed access to any of the retailer information.

If you are a retailer who has been issued a password to enter the secured area of our website, you are responsible for safeguarding its use. When you share your signon and password, you are sharing the ability to view detailed order information, so you should not reveal those credentials to personnel or third parties who do not have a valid business reason to view your order information. Please help us to safeguard your business information by letting us know when your password needs to be changed because of personnel changes.
