He called before he arrived, arrived on time, took off his shoes at the door when asked, wore his mask the entire time, fixed all our issues and even touched up our furniture. He also took care not to bang into anything else in the room and had me double check that things were up to my standards before he left. We needed the cover on the bottom of a portion of our sectional to be reattached with staples. The company provided us with a new bottom for the couch. The company called a day before the scheduled appointment to confirm and Thomas the technician called a half hour before arriving they were well within the 11 AM to 2:30 PM window. Thomas did a great job. He was respectful of the property and repaired the furniture completely before leaving..
